Supalai introduces project in Phuket

Supalai Plc introduces single-detached houses and townhomes at its Bt560-million Supalai Ville Phuket project, with units starting at Bt3 million.
The project has a total of 133 units on 15 rai built on a modern and energy-saving concept.
The single-detached houses come in two sizes with useable space of between 150 square metres and 197 square metres, and the three-storey townhomes have useable space of at least 150 square metres per unit.
Charn Issara to build condo in Chiang Mai
Charn Issara Development is launching its latest condominium project, Issara Chiang Mai, worth Bt2 billion with units going at a starting price of Bt1.9 million each.
The condominium will be a seven-storey building, housing up to 560 units that come in one- and two-bedroom types with useable space of between 35 square metres and 75 square metres each.
Construction will begin next year and is scheduled for completion in 2016.
Three-storey detached homes at Mind Tiwanon
AP (Thailand) is introducing its latest project, Mind Tiwanon, in Bangkok offering three-storey single detached houses with units starting at Bt9.99 million each. The Bt1-billion project has a total of 80 units.
The houses, designed following the modern aesthetic, come in three sizes with useable space of 220 square metres, 230sqm and 250sqm.
Hua Hin project from Audsira Property
Audsira Property’s Bibury-Hua Hin condominium project offers units starting at Bt2.1 million each or at Bt70,000 per square metre. The entire project is worth Bt500 million.
Bibury-Hua Hin consists of a seven-storey and a four-storey building comprised of 160 units.
Construction has already begun and should be completed by 2016.
