Pruksa Real Estate introduces its latest townhome, the Connect Donmuang-Terd Rachan, at a starting price of Bt2 million per unit.

The townhome designs are by Modish Real Living, providing for using space between 100 and 119 square metres with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The project opens to booking on January 24.

Thai-One Property’s 97 unit condo project

Thai-One Property plans an eight-storey condominium project, Formosa Ladprao 7, at a starting price of Bt2.89 million per unit.

Condominiums are of two types – including one bedroom with useable space between 31.72 and 41.86 square metres, and two bedrooms with useable space of 63.41 and 77.89 square metres. There are 97 units in total.

The project will begin construction in October, 2015, and be completed in year 2017.

Richest Union targets 2016 for condo project

Richest Union Co will soon start building on an eight-storey condominium project, D’Rouvre Paholyothin, which will have a starting price of Bt6.8 million per unit.

The condominium project is for 36 units of one-bedroom with 48 to 61 square metres space, and two bedrooms with useable space between 61 and 86 square metres per unit.

The project will start building this year and be completed in 2016.

Numberone Housing offers ready-to-stay townhome

Numberone Housing Co is offering the latest ready-to-stay townhome, H2O Ram 2-Suvarnabhumi, at a starting price of Bt5.6 million per unit.

The townhome is designed as a three-storey and four-storey project with using space of between 191 square metres and 310 square metres covering land space of 24 square wahs and 54 square wahs. The project has 71 units.
