The project, scheduled to be completed next year, is located close to the BTS purple line.

Sansiri Plc’ latest Bt653-million townhouse project, Town Avenue Song Kwan, in Phitsanulok province offers units at the starting price of Bt2.99 million.
The project has a total of 178 units, of which 95 units are two-storeys high and remainder three-storeys. The units come in two sizes, 148sqm and 202sqm, and will be open for booking in the third quarter.
