Its latest design in single detached houses, Primus, at Ladawan Ratchapruk-Pinklow has a starting price of Bt125 million per unit.

Primus is one of the Majestica Collection, designed with usable space of 843 square metres, combining five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

It has only seven units at Ladawan Ratchapruk-Pinklow and booking has opened already.

Pruksa Real Estate offers a discount

Pruksa’s latest three-story-townhome, Patio Srinakarin-Rama 9, has a starting price of Bt3.89 million per unit.

The townhome has usable space of between 160 and 190 square metres that combine three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The location is close to the Srirat expressway and the Airport Link’s Hua Mak station.

Booking in September this year will bring a special promotion discount price of up to Bt200,000.

Thanasiri Group’s single, twin houses

The group introduces its latest single detached and twin houses, Thana Habitat Ratchapruk-Siridhorn, at a starting price of Bt4.59 million per unit.

The project has 92 units designed with usable space of between 140-175 square metres each.

The project is located close to the expressway at Srirat and Ratchapruk roads.

It’s already open for booking.

Bliss from Golden Land

Golden Land Residences introduces its latest single detached house, Bliss, at the Bt1.4 billion Grand Rama 2. Starting price is Bt5 million per unit.

The project is designed under the theme Modern Resort and has usable space of between 162 and 192 square metres. The project has a total of 241 units and is already open to booking.
