LPN Development has launched Lumpini Ville Sukhumvit 76-Bearing Station, worth Bt1.1 billion, with units starting at Bt999,000.

The project has a total of 895 units with useable space of between 22.50 square metres and 33.50sqm per unit. Construction will begin this year and completed at the end of 2016. It will be open for bookings tomorrow.

Second phase of Plum Condo begins

Pruksa Real Estate is introducing the second phase of Plum Condo Central Station worth Bt2 billion, with units starting at Bt1.59 million.

The second phase will have a total of 1,013 units, coming in at between 23.5sqm and 48sqm. Construction for the project, which follows eco-friendly concepts, will begin this year and be ready for possession in 2017. It will be open for booking this weekend.

AP’s Life Pinklow open for booking

AP (Thailand) is launching the Bt3.1-billion Life Pinklow, where units start at Bt3 million.

It has 803 units, with one-bedroom types coming in 26sqm and 35sqm, and two bedrooms with usable space of 50sqms and 60.5sqm.

Construction will begin this year and be completed in 2017. It is up for booking tomorrow.

New Quality condo in Chon Buri

Confidence, a subsidiary of Quality Houses, is introducing the Trust Condo Amata-Chonburi with units starting at Bt1.29 million.

It is an eight-storey condominium that combines 518 units, included studio type with useable space of 23.4sqm and one-bedroom type with useable space of 29.3sqm.

The company is offering a Bt100,000 discount to new buyers this month.
