Confidence Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Quality Houses, is introducing its latest low-rise residential project, The Trust Ratchapruk-Rattanathibeth worth Bt830 million. The project has a total of 224 units, which start at Bt3.59 million.

Units include single-detached house with useable space of 165 square metres with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, twinhouse with useable space of 140sqm with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and townhomes with useable space of 136sqm that have four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

All are designed following modern contemporary aesthetics.

SC Asset offers ready-to-move-in flats

SC Asset Corp's newly launched ready-to-move-in condominium project, Centric Huai Khwang Station, offers units at the starting price of Bt3.69 million.

The project is located about 120 metres from the Huai Khwang MRT station. Its 674 units include one- and two-bedroom types with useable space of between 26sqm and 88sqm.

Townhomes in Ramindra from Bless Asset

Bless Asset Group is introducing latest three-storey townhome, Bless Town Ramindra-Kaset Nawamin, with units starting at Bt2.59 million.

Each townhome offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms following modern contemporary design. The project is located some 700 metres into Ramindra Soi 127.

MQDC introduces Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra

Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) introduces the latest condominium project, Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra, with starting price slightly over Bt2 million per unit.

The 37-story condominium has 690 units including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedrooms, and penthouse with spaces ranging from 22 square metres to 78 square metres per unit.

Construction will start this year and scheduled to be completed in three years.
