Condo project on Sukhumvit 26
The latest condominium project, KRAAM, is on Sukhumvit 26 and valued at Bt3.5 billion, with a starting price of Bt15 million per unit.
The 128 units combine using space between 61 and 228.5 square metres per unit. Choices include one, two and three bedrooms, and a penthouse of four bedrooms.
The project will open to presale on June 18-19 this year. Construction is underway with a completion target date of 2019.
Supalai condo project near |MRT Sam Yan station
This latest condominium project, Supalai Elite Sipraya, has a price range of between Bt4.1 and Bt17.5 million per unit.
The project of 384 units combines using space between 41.5 and 139 square metres per unit. They include one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom types.
The project is due for completion in 2019.
T Property Development’s |latest home office
T59 Westgate, worth Bt1 billion in Bang Yai district, Nonthaburi province, has a starting price of Bt14.9 million per unit. The project is designed to be a five-storey building on land of 19.12 square wahs that combines using space of 250 square metres per unit.
The project has a total of 59 units to be completed on March 2017.
