Pruksa Real Estate is introducing Patio Vibhavadi-Songprapa, a project featuring three-storey townhomes, with units starting at Bt3.59 million.
The townhomes come in two designs - three bedrooms and three bathrooms and three bedrooms and two bathrooms - with useable space of 175 and 185 square metres.
The project is open for booking this weekend with a discount offer up to Bt500,000 per unit.
Three new projects from Bless Asset
Bless Asset Group is launching three new townhouse projects worth a total of Bt1.76 billion, with units going for between Bt1.76 million and Bt2.69 million.
The projects include Bless Town Srinakarin-Namdaeng, Bless Town Tiwanon-Pathumthani and Bless Villa Ramindra 117. They have 115, 158, and 238 units respectively.
The project is already open for booking.
Single-detached homes from Casa Ville
Casa Ville, a subsidiary of Quality Houses, has come up with Casa Ville Rangsit-Klong 2 featuring single detached houses priced at between Bt4.95 million and Bt8 million per unit.
The project has 279 units, which come in two designs with useable space of 138 and 214 square metres. The units come in three and four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The project is already open for booking.
SC Asset’s project ‘a great success’
SC Asset Corporation latest project, Pave Prachauthid 90, has units starting at Bt3.99 million.
The units are designed to have three and four bedrooms with three bathrooms. The project is located close to the expressway and Sathorn Road.
The project has been met with great success, with units worth a total of Bt100 million already snapped up.
