Land and Houses’ latest project, Bangkok Thonglor, will be up for presale on October 22 at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21’s Grand Ballroom. Units start at Bt18 million.
The condominium has 148 units ranging from one-bedroom types with useable space of between 53 and 63 square metres and two-bedroom types with useable space of between 82 and 94sqm.
The condominium also a “sky” reading lounge, “sky” gym “sky” Japanese onsen or hot spring and an infinity swimming poll also in the sky.
 
SC Asset Corporation launches One for Two
Luxury two-bedroom residences at Saladaeng One are open for booking with units starting at Bt35 million.
The two-bedroom units have useable space of between 107 and 117sqm and customers who register on the website will be given a discount.
The project is open for booking on October 8 and 9.
 
Single detached houses from D’Well
The Arna Ekamai, with a total of 11 single-detached houses, offers units at a starting price of Bt29.8 millio.
The four-storey houses come with four bedrooms and five bathrooms with a useable space of 390 square metres on land of between 36 and 29 square wah per unit.
The project is open for booking.
 
Choice Property Development unveils first condo project
C Ekkamai, a 44-storey building valued at Bt3 billion, is made up of 736 units – 729 residential and 7 commercial – with per unit prices starting at Bt3 million.
Residential units come in three sizes - one bedroom at 27-52.25 square metres, two bedrooms at 51.50-65 square metres and penthouses at 82-126 square metres.
C Ekkamai will be up for presale on October 15-16 at a special price.
