The project will open to booking this month and aims for 2018 completion.

The project offers a total of 35 units and is open to booking now.
Lalin Property’s start price of Bt2 million
Lanceo Crib Setthakit-Phutthasakhon is a project of single detached houses offered with a starting price of Bt2 million per unit.
Project design is tagged ‘Modern Stripe Contemporary’ with using space of between 140 and 175 square metres per unit. Each has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Pruksa Real Estate’s latest single detached house
Passorn Prestige Bangna-Suvanabhum carries a price range between Bt5 million and Bt10 million per unit.
The single detached house designs offer using space of between 142 and 222 square metres per unit, together with three bedrooms and three and four types of bathroom.
The project opens to booking this weekend (October 22-23).
