Sunplay Asia has launched the first phase of its pioneering active lifestyle retirement estate with the unveiling of The Heights, a luxury low-rise condominium development in Bang Saray, Sattahip, worth Bt1.25 billion on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard at the starting price Bt108,000 per square metre. 
The condominium has 70 one-, two- and three-bedroom units boasting branded fixtures and appliances. The residences are surrounded by lush tropical gardens and lotus ponds that offer comfort and privacy on a gently sloping hillside with panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes and the Gulf of Thailand. 
 The condominiums and Sunplay club are scheduled for completion in the second half 2018. 

New condo on the beach in Hua Hin
Quality Houses Plc is launching its latest condominium project called the Trust Condo Hua Hin. The development is worth Bt1.39 billion, with units starting at 1.69 million. 
The 7-storey condominium is about 150 metres from the Hua Hin beach and has a total of 671 units. The units range from 23-square metre studios to 33sqm one-bedroom and 57sqm two-bedroom types. 
The condominium is ready for occupation and about 80 per cent has already been snapped up. 

New townhomes from Sansiri
Sansiri Plc has launched its latest townhome development, Siri Place Tiwanon, with units starting at Bt2.99 million.
The two-storey townhomes have useable space of 141sqm per unit and come with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The project has a total of 119 units and is up for booking.

Single-detached houses from Teerin Park
Teerin Park Co Ltd is introducing its latest single-detached house project, Teerin Park Charan 13-Kanchanapisek, with units starting at Bt10.75 million.
The project has 74 units that have useable space of between 233sqm and 277sqm. 
All units have three bedrooms but the number of bathrooms varies between three and four depending on the size. 
Construction is set to be completed by the end of next year.
