New Takeoffs

Prime Gate Realty Co Ltd is launching its first condominium project, Melanie Bangkok on Chan Road, with units starting at Bt3.8 million.
The project has two eight-storey condominiums with a total of 123 units, that come in one- and two-bedroom sizes with useable space of 27sqm and 77sqm respectively. 
The developer has applied for an environment impact assessment permit and hopes to begin construction by the third quarter of 2017. The plan is to complete construction by the end of 2019.

Three new projects from AP (Thailand)
AP (Thailand) Plc has just launched three new single-detached house projects, Baan Klang Muang Classe Eakmai-Ramindra, the City Suksawad and City Bang Yai, worth a total of Bt3.9 billion. 
Baan Klang Muang Classe has a total of 56 three-storey detached houses with useable space of between 346sqm and 454sqm. Units start at Bt25 million. 
City Suksawas has 70 two-storey units with useable space of between 169.61sqm and 185.92sqm, with units starting at Bt6.99 million. 
City Bang Yai has 133 two-storey units with useable space of between 169.61sqm and 185.92sqm, with units starting at Bt4.99 million.

Single-detached houses from Sansiri
Sansiri Plc’s latest single-detached house project, Burasiri Ratchapruk-345, worth Bt2.4 billion has units starting at Bt5.29 million.
The project has a total of 339 units, which use space of between 135sqm and 294sqm on land between 50.4 square wah and 127 square wah.
Presale for the first phase of 48 units has started and so far 40 units have been sold. 

Grand project on Rama 9 by SC Asset
SC Asset Corporation Plc’s newest single-detached house project, Grand Bangkok Boulevard Rama 9, is worth Bt1.45 billion and units go for between Bt27 million and Bt40 million.
The project has two and three-storey houses with useable space of 487sqm and 706sqm on land of 100 square wah and 176 square wah. 
The project has a total of 52 units and it is already open for booking.
