
W-Shinwa Co, a joint venture between Japanese firm Shinwa Group and Woraluk Property, has announced its first condominium project, Runesu Thonglor 5, worth Bt1.2 billion and with a starting price of Bt4.9 million per unit.
The eight-storey condominium has 156 units. There are one- and two-bedroom units sized from 29-65 square metres.
Construction will start in the second quarter of 2017 and will be complete by the end of 2018.
Booking opens tomorrow for townhouses
Nirvana Development Co’s new townhouse project, Nirvana Define Rama 9, offers starting prices of Bt8.99 million per unit.
There are two types of townhouse available, three storeys and three and a half storeys, with usable space between 250 and 350 square metres per unit on land ranging from 21 to 42 square wah (84-168sqm).
The project has 51 units. They will open for booking tomorrow.
Origin condos available for Bt2.9m and up
Origin Property has announced an eight-storey condominium project, Notting Hill Jatujak-Interchange, worth Bt600 million and with prices starting at Bt2.9 million per unit.
There are 156 one- and two-bedroom units with usable space of 30 to 52.4 square metres.
The project is open for booking and will be complete next year.
Casa Ville Bang Yai detached houses
Quality Houses’ new detached-housing project, Casa Ville Bang Yai, is worth Bt770 million, and prices start at Bt4.99 million.
The project has 159 units, each with usable space of 165 square metres. They all have three bedrooms and three bathrooms with relax corner function.
The project is open for booking now.
