Noble Development has successfully sold 60 per cent of its ready-to-move-in Noble Ploenchit over the past five years at the starting price of Bt270,000 per square metre.
The Bt18-billion project offers 1,444 units ranging from single bedroom to penthouse suites. It also has an underground car park.
The Noble Ploenchit also includes the Noble Building, a new downtown retail space in Bangkok’s Ploenchit area, which already has chic cafes and boutiques. The condo also has Noble Space – an exclusive area for residents.
New single-detached houses from Supalai
The price for units at Supalai’s latest single-detached housing project, Supalai Park Ville Pinklow-Kanjana, start at Bt3 million.
Each house, built on a 50 square wah plot, is designed following an energy-saving theme. There is also a landscaped green area and facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness room to name a few.
The project is already open for booking and customers get a Bt50,000 discount if they first register at www.supalai.com.
Eco-friendly condo from Pruksa
Pruksa Real Estate’s latest condominium project, Chapter One ECO Ratchada-Hua Kwang, offers units at the starting price of Bt2.1 million.
The condominium is located close to the MRT and has been designed following the ecology concept. It has 1,907 units with each using space of between 22.57 square metres and 36.53 square metres.
The project will be open for bookings from February 4. Construction will begin mid this year and will be completed by 2019.
Sansiri launches mega-promotion to boost sales
Sansiri has launched the “Early Move” promotion campaign in a move to boost its sales in the first quarter of this year. Under the campaign, which runs until March 31, discounts of up to Bt2.5 million will be offered at its residential projects nationwide.
Sansiri projects that are part of this campaign include those offering single-detached houses, town houses and condominiums at prices between Bt999,000 and Bt60 million per unit.
