SC Asset sells Bt25m houses on Sukhumvit 101

SC Asset Corporation’s new Bt1.3 billion project, the Gentry Sukhumvit, has three-storey single-detached houses up for sale at a starting price of Bt25 million. 
There are only 57 units on a land of 16 rai 53 square wah on Sukhumvit Soi 101. The houses come in three styles, namely Queens with useable space of 302 square metres, Brooklyn that uses 361sqm and the 465sqm Manhattan Elite. 
The developers held a pre-opening deal tomorrow.

Energy-saving homes from Quality Houses
Quality Houses is launching energy-saving townhomes in its latest project Gusto Ratchapruk-Rama 5. The houses start at Bt2.59 million. 
The two-storey townhomes are designed to save energy through the use of LED electricity and high ceilings for coolness. 
All townhomes are designed to have four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The project is up for booking this weekend.

New homes in Sukhumvit 50 from Sena Development
Sena Development’s latest condominium project, the Niche Mono Sukhumvit 50, has units starting at Bt2.2 million. 
The eight-storey condominium has a total of 434 units that come in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom sizes with useable space of between 24sqm and 46sqm. 
The project will be open for booking on February 25 and 26. 

Luxury retirement homes in Bang Saray
Sunplay Asia has announced that the Environmental Impact Assessment for its latest estate for retirees, The Heights, has been approved and construction will begin this year. The luxury low-rise condominium development in Bang Saray should be ready by the middle of next year. 
Sunplay is launching the project with a special promotion in which fully fitted units start from Bt108,000 per square metre. Prices range from Bt9.5 million to Bt35 million per unit.
The Heights has a total of 79 units with useable space of between 90sqm and 380sqm.
Bookings are being accepted.
