
MK Real Estate is launching its latest Bt3-billion condominium project, Park Court, in Sukhumvit 77, with prices starting at Bt150,000 per square metre.
The three seven-storey buildings are designed for mixed use, combining condominium and apartments for rent. Of the 70 units, 42 are designed as apartments, while the remaining units are up for sale using space of between 250sqm and 300sqm.
Construction has started and will be completed in the first quarter of 2018.
SC Asset offers fully furnished units
In its latest promotion, SC Asset Corporation is offering fully furnished units at Centric Huai Kwang Station at a starting price of Bt3.69 million per unit.
Ten units are ready for move in and can be booked this weekend. Those who book this weekend will get a Bt20,000 discount on top, a free iPhone 7 and five free home appliances.
Bangkok Sathorn skyscraper |open for bookings
Land & Houses’ Bangkok Sathorn is being launched on February 18 with units starting at Bt15 million.
The 50-storey building located on Sathorn Road is close to the Surasak BTS station and has a total of 468 units of one- and two-bedroom types with useable space of between 59 square metres and 152sqm per unit.

LPN Development’s latest condominium project, Lumpini Ville Ratburana-River View, is worth Bt900 million, with units starting at Bt1.15 million.
The eight-storey condominium project has a total of 700 units that have a combined useable space of between 22.5sqm and 39.5sqm and come in one and two-bedroom types.
Construction will begin in March and will be completed by November.
