Seven ofthe developments are single detached house, and townhouse projects, worth a total of Bt13 billion while the other four projects are condominiums, worth a combined Bt16 billion.
In the first nine months of this year, the company reported presale of Bt24 billion or up 20 per cent from the same period of last year.
“We are confident the property market in the last quarter of this year will show robust growth, driving our sales to reach the year’s target, especially with the interest from our foreign customers,” he said.
