South Korean actor Kim Soo-hyun, who is at the centre of swirling rumours about his alleged relationship with late actress Kim Sae-ron, held a press conference on March 31 to emphatically state that he did not date her when she was a minor and that he had no involvement in her death.

A nighttime curfew has been imposed in Sa Kaeo province starting on Monday night, barring children aged under 15 years old from leaving their residences after 10pm in a bid to prevent crimes in the eastern province.
