Powerful Wraith to roll into Thailand

The most powerful and dynamic Rolls-Royce in history, the Wraith, is now available for Thai buyers at a starting price of Bt30.9 million.

The launch of the Wraith celebrates the anniversary of Thailand’s first Rolls-Royce Motor Cars’ showroom on Rama 3, opened in July 2012 by Millionaire Auto Sales & Services (Thailand), a subsidiary of Master Group Corporation (Asia).
The Wraith is a luxury coupe powered by a V12 engine capable of producing 624bhp and 800Nm of torque from 1,500rpm. The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, allowing the Wraith to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds.
First deliveries of the Wraith will be made to Thai customers in the last quarter of 2013.The design of the Wraith is inspired by Grand Tourers of the ’50s and ’60s, with a black-silver two-tone body colour.
It also comes with coach doors, with a range of interior leathers and woods to choose from. The car sits on 21-inch partly polished wheels, along with a suspension tuned to minimise body roll and amplify feedback when cornering.
Advances in mechanical and electrical technology deliver systems like a head-up display, adaptive headlights and a keyless opening boot. A camera system comes as standard in all Wraith cars delivered to Thailand. Improvements in connectivity have also taken the human-machine interface to a new level of sophistication, a suite of aids that could be likened to a contemporary on-board valet.
Voice activation commands, for example, come with a one-touch-call button located on the steering wheel. A destination no longer requires manual input from a navigation menu and route assistance begins immediately, on-screen and via audio guidance following a voice command.
