In the first 9 months of 2023, Thailand's food exports yielded 1.16 trillion baht, poised to achieve the full-year target of 1.55 trillion baht. Currently ranked 12th globally, Thailand aims for 1.65 trillion next year.
Labour shortages have been a major problem this year, and Thailand is warned of a significant shortage of labour in the service and construction sectors, with demand for workers as high as 13 million people.
The nursing home real estate business is experiencing a growth rate of 15-30% per year and is projected to reach a value of 20 billion in the next 5 years.
