TrueMove H would also like to take this opportunity to advise our valued customers that they can cancel SMSs and other mobile content, except important mobile service notification SMSs, from being sent to their mobile phones by simply calling *137 (then press “9” for English). To receive news and information from us in English, customers can choose English as their default language for communication when they first call in to activate their phone numbers with our call centre.
