Mthai.com has high expectations for marketing service

Mthai.com expects its new marketing platform, Mthai promotion, to generate business growth of 50 per cent.

 

According to Navamin Prasopnet, assistant chairman of Mono Technology, the owner of website Mthai.com, Mthai promotion integrates Web and mobile devices to support clients who want to promote products and services via new media. 
The service gathers discounts and special privileges for shopping, travelling, dining and gadgets. The site gets about 650,000 unique visitors per day. About 22,000 unique visitors per day access information via mobile devices. 
“The new service [offers] total online business solutions such as online marketing consulting and online marketing tools, as well as offline campaigns,” Navamin said. 
The firm will also expand its Web portal, mobile portal, smart-phone application and smart TV application businesses. It now has a smart TV application for LG televisions, and one will be available on Sony Bravia TVs in the near future. 
It has a marketing budget of about Bt25 million this year. 
Patompong Sirachairat, vice president of Mthai, said another project, doonung.mthai.com, provides online movies. It now has about 2,000 title licences and expects to increase that to 2,500 by the end of this year. It has about 4,000 subscribers. 
“We believe our strategies will help boost the growth in visitor numbers and make us the No 1 website in the near future,” Patompong said.
