New Greater Bangkok residential registrations down 55% in Q1

A total of 18,626 new residential units were registered in metropolitan Bangkok in the first quarter, down 55 per cent from the same period last year, the Real Estate Information Centre of Government Housing Bank reported on Wednesday.
The new registrations comprised 8,918 detached houses, 5,295 condominium units, 2,343 townhouse units, 1,543 shophouse units, and the rest duplexes.
