Siamnuwat launches new condo project
Property firm Siamnuwat Co Ltd has launched a Bt3-billion condominium project, Wish Signature II Midtown Siam, at Siam-Ratchathewi, about 400 metres from the Ratchathewi BTS station.
The 41-storey building will have 333 units with prices starting at Bt200,000 per square metre.
Construction will start in 2018 and be completed by 2020, the company’s chief executive officer, Tharathorn Aksaranuwat, said.
