Sermsang Power sets subscription price for its debut on the MAI

Sermsang Power Corporation (SSP) has set the subscription price of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) shares at Bt7.70 per share. They will be available for subscription from September 18-20.
The company is expected to launch the IPO in the Market for Alternative Investments late this month.
SSP is a holding company investing in the renewable electricity energy businesses in Thailand and overseas. Proceeds from the IPO will be used for business expansion.
