Quality Houses debenture rating affirmed as ‘A-’
Quality Houses (QH) has had its senior unsecured debenture rating of “A-” affirmed by TRIS Rating.
TRIS has assigned the same rating to QH’s proposed issue of up to Bt2 billion in senior unsecured debentures due within three years.
The company will use the proceeds to repay some existing loans and fund business expansion.
