Thawil to become PM's adivser

National Security Council (NSC) chief Thawil Pliansri will be transferred to a senior post as adviser to the prime minister Tuesday despite his thtreat to file a petition with the Administrative Court.

Deputy Prime Minister Kowit Wattana met with Thawil Monday to inform him about the decision to transfer him to vacate the NSC seat for the Pol Gen Wichean Potephosree who is being removed as police chief.
