China grants $1million aid to Thailand

The Chinese government Saturday present $1 million (Bt30 million) to assist Thailand in the face of flood woes.
Gao Wenkuan, economic and commercial counsellor of Embassy of People's Republic of China in Thailand, Saturday afternoon presented the money along with donation items worth another 10 million yuan (Bt50 million) on behalf of the Chinese government to FloodRelief Operations Command director and Justice Minister Pracha Promnok.
