Thai composite stocks index (SET) opened on Tuesday at 949.10, down 22.53 points, or 2.32 per cent in line with regional bourses amid rising&nbsp;concerns floods may reach inner Bangkok in next few days. 
	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 668.39, down 17.87 points, or 2.60 per cent. 
	Top five active (value) stocks: PTT, IVL, SCC, BANPU, TOP, CPF.
