Thai composite stocks index (SET)&nbsp;opened on Monday&nbsp;at 980.91, down&nbsp;3.25 points, or 0.33 per cent in line with regional bourses amid EU debts concerns.

	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 686.09, down 2.71 points, or 0.39 per cent.
