Wall St ends up

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 21.04 points, or 0.17 per cent at 12,418.42 with gains limited by euro zone debts crisis concerns.
S&P 500 index added 0.24 points, or 0.02 per cent to end at 1,277.30.
Among key S&P sectors, health care ended down, while consumer discretionary rose.
Nasdaq composite index slid 0.36 points, or 0.01 percent, to end at 2,648.36.
