After 19 new complaints last year, the number of resorts earmarked for demolition reached 67, with the first 14 demolished in December amid protests by owners and villagers.
To take action against the 152 resorts, complaints will first be filed with police, possibly by the end of next week. That will give forestry officials authority to enforce either relocation or demolition of the properties.
