Wall St ends up

U.S. stocks closed near highs overnight, with the S&P finishing at its highest level since July 2011, on optimism over report on Greece.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 96.88 points, or 0.78 per cent at at 12,578.95.
The S&P 500 index gained 14.37 points, or 1.11 per cent to end at 1,308.04.

Most S&P sectors closed up, led by techs and banks shares.
The Nasdaq rose 41.63 points, or 1.53 per cent at 2,769.71.
