Var Kim Hong, the Cambodian chairman of the JBC arrived at the Royal Orchid Sheraton at 10:15 am for a meeting. 
	He was welcomed by Banthit Sothipalarit, the Thai chairman of the JBC. 
	The meeting will be held for two days and the two sides will announce the result of the meeting at 2:30 pm Tuesday.
