Pheu Thai to file party-dissolution complaint against Democrat Thursday

The Pheu Thai Party will file a complaint with the Election Commission Thursday, seeking its dissolution on allegations that it was against the democratic ruling system.
Pheu Thai spokesman Prompong Nopparit said the Pheu Thai would submit evidence to the EC to back up the allegations that the Democrat had violated Article 94 of the Political Parties Act.
The evidences include billboards that the Democrat set up to attack the Pheu Thai, audio records of some Democrats’ attacking the Pheu Thai and the Hat Yai declaration that the Democrat has announced, Prompong said.
