Sacked Permanent Secretary for Social Development and Human Security said Panita Kamphu na Ayutthaya Tuesday threatened to file a lawsuit against the Cabinet for having "unfairly" transferred her.

Panita was Tuesday transferred to an inactive position of a PM’s advisor. Her position was given to Wichien Chawalit, a PM’s advisor.
Deputy Government Spokesman Anusorn Iamsa-ard said the swapping of the two positions would take effect once they were endorsed by a royal command.
Panita said she had been preparing for awhile to face the transfer because she had conflicts with a certain politician over the bidding to construct a new building of the ministry worth some Bt1 billion.
She said she would hold a press conference on Thursday to talk about the “unfair” transfer.
“I feel I have been persecuted by a politician,” Panita said.
She said she would appeal against the transfer with the prime minister and file a complaint with the Merit System Protection Committee, which is equivalent to a civil services court.
Wichien, meanwhile, said he did not know why Panita was transferred. He said he would carry out his duty as a caretaker permanent secretary pending a royal command to endorse his transfer.
