Wall St begins Q2 with gains

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 52.45 points, or 0.40 per cent at 13,264.49 on better-than-expected manufacturing reports from U.S. and China which lessened concerns on euro zone recession.
S&P 500 rose 10.43 points, or 0.74 per cent to settle at 1,418.90.
All 10 S&P sectors logged gains, led by materials and techs
Nasdaq composite rallied 28.13 points, or 0.91 per cent to end at 3,119.70.
