Constitution Court to kickstart three inqueries on 10 office holders

The Constitution Court is scheduled Thursday's morning to convene three inqueries into the qualifications of 10 office holders, including Pheu Thai MP Jatuporn Promphan.

Thursday’s inqueries will involve the charges, the examination of evidence, the list of witnesses and the scheduling of hearing sessions.
The Jatuporn case has been raised by the Election Commission ruling to disqualify him on the grounds that he had no party membership to back up his electoral candidacy at the July general election.
The next case involves Democrat Party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva and Democrat MP Warong Dechgitvikrom.
