Whips agree on CDA electoral rules

The whips meeting on Tuesday resolved to apply the sentatorial electoral rules for the elections of the Constitution Darafting Assembly, senator Kamnoon Sitthisaman said.
The coalition, opposition and senatorial whips attended the meeting plus representatives from the Election Commission.
The agreement is expected to break a deadlock in which the opposition has relied on the delaying tactics for two consecutive days block the vote on the contentious clause of the charter amendment bill.
