Suriyasai calls for sacking of southern border centre chief

Suriysai Katasila, a yellow-shirt leader, Thursday called on the government to sack Thawee Sodsong as the secretary-general of the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre (SBPAC).

Suriyasai, a coordinator for the Green Politics group, alleged that Thawee was supposed to create unity in the deep South but he created more rifts by joining activities to open red-shirt villages.
Suriysai siad Thawee also joined the red-shirt movement’s activities of red hijab and red youths project, which, Suriyasai said, would create rifts in the southern border provinces.
