Supporters of famous China Town temple march in protest

About 500 supporters of Bangkok's Leng Noei Yi Temple staged a short march Monday to show their opposition to the Station1@China Town project.
The activity was organized by the temple’s management and staunch followers and began with lighting candles and saying prayers inside the temple.
They wore a white t-shirt with wordings of “protecting Buddhism and community way of life”.
They left the temple through a side gate of the temple and walked through an alley until they reached the Charoeng Krung Road. They stopped in front of the project site to pray.
The march took about 30 minutes.
