Thai composite stocks index (SET) opened on Tuesday at 1,190.36, up 3.41 points, or 0.29 per cent in line with South East Asian bourses, but against direction of&nbsp;most&nbsp;Asian shares. 
	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 825.86, up 2.65 points, or 0.32 per cent. 
	Top five active (value) stocks: TVO, CPALL, CPF, PTT, MDX.
