US stocks closed lower after analysts projected weaker corporate earnings for the rest of the year. 
	Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 31.26 points, or 0.25 per cent to 12,573.27, while Standard &amp; Poor&#39;s 500 lost 6.69 points, or 0.5 per cent at 1,334.76. 
	Nasdaq composite fell 21.79 points, or 0.75 per cent to 2,866.19.
