Thai composite stocks index (SET) opened on Tuesday at&nbsp;1,196.36, up 3.04 points, or 0.25 per cent in line with most regional shares ahead of ECB and Federal Reserve monetary policy meetings this Wednesday and Thursday.&nbsp; 
	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 826.44, up 1.96 points, or 0.24 per cent. 
	Top five active (value) stocks: KTB, SCC, ADVANC, PTTGC, KBANK.
