Wall St ends 3-mth highs

U.S. shares closed up at 3-month highs amid ongoing expectations that European Central Bank will step in to address debt crisis. 
Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 21.34 points, or 0.16 per cent at 13,117.51.
S&P 500 climbed 3.24 points, or 0.23 per cent at 1,394.23.
Among key S&P sectors, techs and materials led gainers, while utilities closed slightly lower.
Nasdaq composite gained 22.01 points, or 0.74 per cent at 2,989.91.
