Wall St ends near lows

Dow Jones Industrial Average closed 106.77 points, or 0.81 per cent lower at 13,000.71 ahead of Federal Reserve meeting and following reports that Spain may delay its decision on seeking a bailout.
S&P 500 index fell 11.01 points, or 0.78 per cent to 1,399.48. All key S&P sectors ended lower, led by industrials and technology shares. 
Nasdaq composite dropped 32.48 points, or 1.05 per cent at 3,048.71.
