Man claims he shot SUV of MP's Son in self-defence

The man who allegedly shot dead an MP son in a road rage claimed Friday that he did it in selfdefence after he was fired at first.

Mun Poolsup, a construction contractor, told a press conference at 11 am that someone inside the sport utility vehicle of Farut Thaiseth fired at him first so he fired back three times.
Mun surrendered to police Thursday night. He was presented at a press conference held at the Provincial Police Bureau 3 Friday. The press conference was guarded by 30 heavilyarmed police commandos.
In the night of August 20, Farut  son of Chat Thai Pattana Party MP Chada Thaiseth, was shot dead in his SUV during a family vacation at a Khao Yai resort in the northeastern province.
