SET index opens 0.25 pt, 0.02 pct lower

Thai composite stocks index (SET) opened on Tuesday at 1,250.68, down 0.25 point, or 0.02 per cent in line with regional shares as investors remained cautious ahead of the German constitutional court's ruling over the legality of euro zone bailout fund this Wednesday and the U.S. Federal Reserve policy meeting later this week.
Blue chip SET-50 index was at 854.39, down 0.73 point, or 0.09 per cent.
Top five active (value) stocks: TMB, RML, BLAND, CPF, TRUE.
