Thai composite&nbsp;stocks index (SET) opened on Tuesday at 1,600.88, up&nbsp;9.23 points, or 0.58 per cent in line with most regional shares.&nbsp;

	Blue chip SET-50 index was&nbsp;at 1,047.16, up 5.89 points, or 0.57 per cent.
