Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra and opposition Democrat Party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva are the two personalities that people want to splash with water this Songkran, followed by veteran Democrat Chuan Leekpai, Privy Council President General Prem Tinsu
Based on an Abac Poll released Friday, the public want to see five “NOs” this Songkran – NO drinking, NO driveby water attacks, NO coyote dancing, NO molestation and NO scanty clothing.
Most people’s wishes this holiday include Yingluck devoting full attention to economic development, resolving political conflicts and increasing welfare benefits.
They also want politicians in general to end corruption, stop bickering and comply to ethical standards.
